I want to give a huge shoutout out to one of your workers that was stocking packaged lunch meats. His name is Ronnie, I asked for a specific item and he assured me that he had it in the back and brought it out immediately!
You need more employees like Ronnie that go above and beyond to take care of the customers!

Jackie at Starbucks ruined the day once again with her ridiculously rude sarcasm and general horrible customer service. It’s like getting coffee at Dick’s Last Resort, but you don’t want the sarcastic berating by the staff. I have complained multiple times to Kroger and now I am going over them to Starbucks. She told me today she was sick and didn’t have time for this. After she made my drinks! Gross! And so rude! I would drive 30 minutes to avoid interacting with this Jackie embarrassment to Kroger and Starbucks.

I dislike all my shopping experiences at this Kroger store. Most associates are not very friendly and have no ambition to make customers have a good shopping experience. So, today I went in specifically to purchase bolio rolls, bin was empty so I went to bakery person to ask if I could purchase bolio rolls, as there was a full rack in department. Person told me no that they were hot and it would be 30 minutes. I stated it was 10:08 am and she replied “and”. I understand the hot, but she could have put in a container or paper bag to service me. I spoke to an assistant store manager who was of no help she told me that they don’t display til 10 (was after 10) and I asked where that I information was and she stated book in back of department. I guess I was suppose to go read the policies. They she changed from 10 to 11 when she realized what time it was. She did give me rolls at no charge but they were put in a plastic bag, sealed which cause moisture and I threw them away. This is just one example of why I drive to HEB they are so customer service oriented and love them - worth the drive.

Krogers has the best delivery service. Why? No tipping allowed. I can’t afford big tips. Sign up for Kroger boost, and make sure your order is over $35. Then choose Kroger delivery, not Instacart. They deliver for free! It’s so convenient!

AJ in the meat department is an amazing asset to this Kroger. He is very helpful and friendly. Recently, I asked him about a rib roast as I’d never cooked one before. He helped me pick the perfect size and gave me tips on how to cook it correctly. He always says hello and is just a great guy.

Seem to be like all the other store Kroger has. A giant corporation selling processed crap.
The new manager will not accept for return ANY items bought on sale. The deli staff are rude to the point of being abusive. Can never find anything because they use that tiresome tactic of changing everything around thinking you will grab other stuff while your wandering around looking for the one thing you came for.
Mostly young people work here so they don't have a clue what they are doing and wouldn't care if you payed the to, the last assistant manager had a gambling addiction and borrowed money from his workers never paying it back AND chased the young female workers like a Pedo.
No security whatsoever. Treat their employees like garbage and prices are jacked up to the moon.
I don't shop here anymore and I live 2 blocks from it.
The ONLY positive I can say is that at least you get a good example of what a huge, monolithic, heartless corporation really looks like.

Great store with most everything under the sun and convenient for all of Midlothian. Stock up on drinks and snacks before heading to the Community Park just down the road!
Here's a pro tip when shopping the ice cream aisle: Kroger's store brand is delicious and an incredible value that saves me a chunk of change each trip.
UPDATE 7/28/24: Our local Kroger is still a great place to shop... a new grocer will be constructed very close to our home, so we'll see how the competition treats each store!

This is the worst Kroger I have ever been to! On more than one occasion, I have seen, mold and rotten produce in the store, Half of the time you can’t even find anyone in the meat department and they are constantly out of hamburger same with the bakery. Every time I try to find big croissants they seem to be out. The people in the bakery department, or even less helpful than the meat department! This store seriously needs some new management because most of the employees act like they hate their job! We drive all the way from Waxahachie to shop at this Kroger’s because H-E-B in our town is a zoo, but we are soon getting a new store and Kroger‘s will be losing our business! Do a better job in Kroger if you want customers!!!
