Absolutely awful experience. I called ahead and was quoted one price over the phone, only to be told a different, higher price once I arrived. On top of that, one of the gentlemen working there made a condescending remark, as if I didn’t even know what BMW I drive — completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
After finally finishing the oil change, they didn’t bother to check my tire pressure or top off fluids, which is basic service. I had to turn around and go back to have it done.
What should have been a simple oil change took over an hour and a half, which is ridiculous for a quick-lube place.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and sloppy execution. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location, especially if you drive a luxury vehicle and expect basic competence and respect.

I had a great experience with my oil change today. The team was quick, friendly, and their prices were very reasonable. They also took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Christa was super nice and helpful getting me checked in and Wyatt did a great job with the oil change! They do a wide range of services which is good to know. I had a zero wait time. I parked, checked in, and was immediately helped. Thank you for being so kind and for the job well done!

I have been coming here for about 2 years I have never had a complaint before and recently had a mishap occur regarding a coupon on their site and what was showing in their system. The general manager reached out to clear up what had occurred and I really appreciated that they took accountability and went above and beyond to make it right. If you are looking for a reputable mechanic look no further.

Beware of fraud!
On 10-31-25, I visited this facility for a simple headlamp bulb change on my 2014 Silverado. I was confident I could handle this on my own, but was willing to pay someone else to change out the bulb while I worked, as my workplace was no more than 100 yards away. Bad idea!
They called and informed me, “not the bulb, need to do a $150 diagnostic”. I agreed to that part. Later, they called and informed me, “the whole front light assembly needs to be changed out. The bright light, the blinkers, etc don’t work. Approx $1600.” Promptly, I advised that I would be over for my truck, as is, very quickly.
I paid the $150.00 and drove my truck around the corner, got out to double check my own lights. The hi-beam worked fine, and the blinkers worked fine. A co-worker at my workplace changed out my bulb while I worked, perhaps within 30 minutes total time. Of course, I have the bulb with the burn out filament.
I don’t know if the owners and/or manager is/are aware of this thievery, but this is terrible. If they would try to pull this on a guy with 2 college degrees and an ounce of common sense, what would they do to someone less experienced with basic automotive operation???
