“I got my oversea wedding dress delivery last minute and was so stress out to find a tailor/dry cleaner. However, Blue Ribbon Cleaners exceeded my expectation. I got my wedding dress fitted and they also added a delicate touch to the chest to make it stand out even more. The length of the dress made it so easy for me to move around. Two day weddings are no joke? They was also so nice to take me in last minute with a very reasonable price after hearing my story. Cant say thanks enough to the owner and staffs.
I was so happy to be done with my wedding weeks and came back to the dry cleaner. Outdoor picture in a rainy day is tough. However, all four of my dress were sparkly clean and no dirty spot to be found.

I've been to a few cleaners in Desoto. Some have ruined my shirts, leave those weird compression stamps in them on the bottom of the shirt, messed up my buttons. But this place has consistently cleaned my shirts well and nice. No compressed stamps, no missing buttons. Can't complain.”

“I gave them 3 stars only because every time I drop off my clothes everyone seems so unhappy. Honestly it’s like a mood change for me. I could be having a great day and when I walk in there it so depressing that I can’t wait to get back in my car and be happy again.
Follow up 07/11/25: this is a follow up to my previous review. Today I received a call back from RB one of the owners of the establishment. He was very pleasant and eager to find out what my review was about. He seemed very focused on resolving any issues. My review was based on the overall feeling of welcomeness. He was more than willing to listen and understand my review and offer a resolution by covering my feedback with his employees. I will continue to trust this establishment because overall, I am satisfied with the service to my garments.”

“It's still an old favorite with years of memories. Hot water is not always hot, and large machines don't spin water out like they should, so you'll spend more on dryers than necessary, but it is what it is. I'm glad they are open for business still.”
