Lots attitude @0500 . Curt dry flat and incompetent. I drove 16 min to get a print out of a BOL I emailed to the store. After absorbing Big attitude the lady acts like she can't find my email. I sent it again. She calls out my name as if she found it. Of course she printed the wrong email. What she handed me wasn't mine. Unfortunately I trusted her and didn't realize it until after I was gone. My guess she passive aggressively did it on purpose. Worst loves staff in America. Two red heads fulfilling the stereotype. Walking around complaining about their work load and circumstances. They are only courteous to their regulars. Definitely not the Typical Loves experience. They should find other work. They suck at least at basic tasks. What a disappointment.

I called the loves for an EMERGENCY roadside assistance. They told me 2 hours and 40 minutes. I agreed they said if it would be longer they would call me. Time came for them to be there my driver called me no one is there as I go to call cause it now been 3 hours the guy tells me that he lost track of time and they won’t be able to make it. AFTER 3 hours. That’s time wasted I could have found someone else if they were honest from the beginning now at this time at night it’s so hard to find roadside.

Hate that this is the only truck stop close to where we pick up. Truck parking is taken up by dropped trailers and empty box trucks. We are bob tail so I asked if we could park in completely empty parking. Was told sure if you want us to have you towed. Loves is not for drivers anymore
