We were visiting grandkids at Midlothian but were driving from Marble Falls when transmission appeared to slip. Our son told to go to Mack’s. We did, they scanned it and it was not the transmission but plugs & coils. Even though they were covered up in customers, they were able repair and fix the car in less than a day. What quick service and knowledgeable mechanics. Thanks.

My car overheated in downtown Dallas. I had to wait three hours for a tow truck this place had it fixed in one day. I’m at a loss for words and will recommend them to everybody.

While Paul couldn't help me with my vehicle (needed to be taken back to the dealership). He was kind enough to return my call and explain why. He was so kind, respectful, and caring. I will always talk to these guys first. It's not easy finding folks that won't take advantage of a single woman. You can always trust honesty. ❤️
