I called them and asked if they cut plywood. They said yes. I came in and asked again — they said yes, they do. I paid, but then the guys who were supposed to cut it refused to do it. In the end, it was just a waste of time because the staff’s actions were not coordinated.

Excellent experience.
I came in looking for 10x24’ LVL beams. They didn’t have them in stock, but the lady who helped me was very kind and professional. She explained that on Monday there will be someone available to take my order, which I really appreciated.
This was my first time visiting McCoy’s Building Supply, and the store is very well organized. I actually enjoy visiting stores like this because when I’m working on remodels for my business, it helps me quickly calculate estimates and material needs.
The quality of the lumber is very good, and the overall experience was positive. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have a Stihl chainsaw that needed service. YouTube did me no good so I took it to McCoy's where Dean had to order a carburetor. While waiting for it to come in a recent storm deposited a tree across the driveway. I gave Dean a call. The carburetor had just come in and I mentioned my driveway emergency. 1 1/2 hours later it was ready and running like new. Thanks Dean for making things happen for me.

I’m done with mccoys…i like using the smaller hardware stores like these, but multiple times they’ve been out of common items i needed. Like a hose sprayer!! I guess this is the advantage of Lowe’s and HD. They will always have what you need.

Those guys there, loaded my bricks in the rain. Almost everyone that works there asked if they could help in any way. Sure better than the retail store that employees won't even make eye contact with you.
I'm going back.
