Ask the guy if they had towels, he said yes they are washing some but i can give you some. I sat there I ask if he will put some out or bring it to me. He said bring them to you. I vacuum my car & he never brought them out. ITS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. I rather go to Wash Master & pay more at least I will have towels.

Car wash left soap all on backside of truck. Still visible dirt and dried soap. Paid for the floor mats to be wiped down(front and back). Only the fronts were slightly wiped and they didn’t even vacuum just wiped over the dirt. We paid for extra services and this car wash didn’t have the decency to even wipe the dash. Complete waste of money. The only thing good about this place is they did a decent job with tire shine. 10/10 would not recommend and will not be returning.

Visiting from out of town— whole time wishing we had a car wash like this back at home! Great prices, free vacuums, $1 massage chairs (deep tissue & I needed that!). Staff POLISHED inside and outside of my car, basically detailed! They are doing Kingdom work here 🙌🏼.

I was at the alternate window for about 10 minutes and didn't work finally went to the other window. Man didn't clean my rims at all. Very disappointed in visit. You need more help don't you.

I'm usually a fan of hand washes, but their combination of machines and friendly staff made my SUV sparkle. It was a fun and efficient way to get my car cleaned, and I left with a smile (and a shiny ride)! Recommend! 😂✨

My baby's Huskey just passed and had a bad accident in the back. We came to Midlothian Car Wash and they cleaned that mess up for free! Poncita (sure im spelling her name wrong) but she did an AWESOME job! She cleaned the back up like it was new!

Manager was scolding employees infront of customers. Very unprofessional. On a good note the guy who cleaned our car did a good job.

Not a great experience. I apent $300 for a deep clean of my car. The process to 8+ hours. I was called halfway through the wash stating my car wouldn’t start. I had to replace my battery and have had no issues with my battery leading up to getting my car washed here. After a rain the next week, wax residue is all over my car. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here for a deep clean.
