It makes no sense that you can pick up and sign for a narcotic in the drive-through but you cannot pick up and sign for over-the-counter Sudafed. Totally understand the regulation behind Sudafed but it honestly does not make sense that you can walk up to the counter and sign for it and get it but you cannot drive through the drive-through and sign for it and pick it up it makes it hard for people with mobility issues. This is not taking care of the customer”
