Used their website to find a battery for my car. Clerk upfront said as long as the website said so, it would be the right size. Battery turned out to be too big. Should probably find employees that actually know what they’re talking about.

I usually have a great experience and i usually deal with Ayden. He is very helpful and has excellent customer service. Today I spoke with Allen and this was the worst customer service that I’ve had. He was very unfriendly and was barely responding to any question that I had. I had to ask if he was there because the call would go silent for over a minute without saying he’s looking for anything or any response at all. When you’d ask are you still there he’d respond like you were the most inpatient person in the world.

I had a great experience here today. Zach is super nice and helpful. I bought a battery from him after visiting four auto repair places in one morning. Zach knows a lot about cars and everything went smoothly.

Wow! The store associate was so helpful and friendly. He even changed the bulbs on my headlights. He didn’t need to do it, but he did it out of pure kindness. Great service is appreciated now more than ever!!

I now only shop here, they have the parts and have not had them say they have and get to the store and they cannot find it like other stores have done

I was leaving the hospital and there was an elderly man in his truck with the hood up. I found out he was a veteran and just had chemo. I tried to jump his battery, but it was dead. He had no phone or family nearby. I called O’Reilly’s competitor in town because they were closest and they wouldn’t lend tools or send someone to help. O’Reilly’s went above and beyond to help this veteran. Michael was fantastic on the phone. Larry, the manager, followed us from the store to install it. This isn’t a service they provide, so I’m very thankful for their kindness. I am now a devotee of O’Reilly Auto Parts!
