A $13 carwash selection cost me $20 because no change was dispensed. I called the phone number listed to report the problem and left a message but have not received a call back after 2 days. I guess the longer they wait to return the call, the harder it becomes to prove I lost $7.

Got water sprayed on my car. Soap (tri-foam) was not working at the touch less. Called phone number & left a message. Waiting for a call back. Two other customers behind me got the same.
Owner did finally get back with me and gave free car was pass for my inconvenience. I upped the star review.

Place is no bueno! Seems like the owners take the cheapest route in save their chemicals and or soap, including water. I got two passes of water with soap. And had to dry my truck after, because the air dryer don’t work properly. THE NEXT CAR WASH IS NOT FAR , GO THERE! SAVE AND GET YOUR MONEY WORTH IT.

First, the 15 second delay before soap releases is not good....switch to pre-soak or wheel/tire....nothing....Total waste of $4.00

First time going (I know it says no mud) high schoolers sprayed all kinds of clay mud off and left a mess there. Second time half the settings on the manual wash didn’t work. Third time the wand wouldn’t turn all the way off and it takes about 20 seconds for the settings to change. Last time I tried the most expensive touch free one and was left with dirty water streaks/spots all over my truck.

I go here normally and I haven’t been too disappointed until today. The pressure rinse on the drivers side was stuck spraying only to the passenger side so it didn’t rinse well at all. I paid $15 for soft touch wash and my wheels weren’t even touched or sprayed down. Hopefully someone reads this and is nice enough to get me a redo wash because this is unacceptable.

I went today and purchased the $18 touchless car wash only to stop a few minutes later to noticed my car was covered in a purple substance. I thought something happened with the rinse, so I returned and paid $11 to get the purple stuff off and noticed that the rinse cycle was not working so I had pay another $10 to go to the stall that had the wand. So my usually amazing car wash was disaster financially. I called the number on the website and it was to the lube shop next door, they said to call the number on the sign as you enter the car wash…it went to voicemail and I haven’t received a response from them. I would like a refund for my terrible experience!

Spot free is not worth it. Took car that hadn't been cleaned in awhile and after the wash it looked exactly the same! So, basically paid or gave gave away 15 dollars for nothing!

Tried to contact them at number on web site and an autoparts dealer answered. Was charged $ 13 . 00, TWICE on same visit, and car was STILL dirty when I left. NEBER AGAIN.

Only 1 bay works half the time and the timer on your wash is way faster than the actual time you paid for.
