“Friendly, semi knowledgeable, and fair. We own a small farm and this is our local place. Most times the staff has the info or finds it. You ALWAYS run into that 1 employee that doesn’t know and walks away instead of asking another. Store is always stocked, and the chicken/duck younglings are consistently there for us.”
“We bought two parakeets at Petco in Midlothian days apart. Great service and helpful staff. The birds were healthy, lively and settled in nicely when brought home. We bought another parakeet at the location in Mansfield which had to be returned as he seemed to be ill. Their stocked birds were not lively and may have been ill as well. Very happy with the Midlothian location and will continue to return.”
