“My husband and I went to petco in Midlothian and this was the FIRST pet store that would actually try and handle the hamster before we bought him to make sure the hamster was safe for our daughters first time ever having one for Christmas! Sara and Desiree were the best! Their customer service was the best I have ever seen in a very long time!!! They helped us make sure we got everything we needed for this amazing sweet hamster!! Thank you so much Sara and Desiree for all your help and hard work on Christmas Eve y’all are the best!”

“Friendly, semi knowledgeable, and fair. We own a small farm and this is our local place. Most times the staff has the info or finds it. You ALWAYS run into that 1 employee that doesn’t know and walks away instead of asking another. Store is always stocked, and the chicken/duck younglings are consistently there for us.”
“Pets of Perfection owners and workers love the animals and also do a very good job. They are reasonably priced. They also have a groomer in a different place in Midlothian which is really resonably priced and a great place for your pets.”
