I got get acrylics I usually have my nail tech lady there but she was unavailable today. I don’t recommend Jean she cut my finger 4 times with a nail file. My nails look kinda splotchy in certain spots.

Spent $500 on services for 3 people and tipped another $100. 2 of the 3 got full sets & tips didnt even touch natural nails. Sadly disapppinted. Will never go back.

I’ve been here multiple times to get acrylics, as well as in the past. When I went in just recently, the lady was filing down my nail from the fake and started filing down to my actual nail and now the tops of my nails are uneven and extremely frail. They bend VERY easily, the tips of my nails are painful, and they are extremely red underneath. I can’t do basic functions with my nails. Probably not going to come back here. Very upset.

I've been going here for awhile and usually have a great experience. However the prices they are charging for polish alone is getting ridiculous. If you want gel on your toes, that's an EXTRA $20. If you also want gel on your fingers, that's an added EXTRA $20. I like the matte finish so that's an EXTRA $5 for feet and an added EXTRA $5 for the hands. That's $50 in polish alone on top of the price for the manicure and pedicure. Either I'm going to start bringing my own gel (I could buy 4 packs or more for what they're charging) or I have to find somewhere else. $50 for polish is ridiculous.

Brought my mom, who is in a wheelchair, and they gladly accommodated her. They made her feel welcome and did an excellent pedicure, which she's never had before. Thank you, Resort Nails, for such a great experience for her.
Cleanliness: This is a beautiful place, very clean.

I used to love this place. Have been going there for 5 years now.
I get the same style ( dip) of color each time ( very basic with a little sparkle on it). Today they said they would have to charge me $10 extra. Even though I’ve gotten that type of color before ( several times). Prices already increased , but $10 ??? That’s a little much :/ I will probably look for a different place.

Always prompt and good service. My whole family goes here for pedi, mani, nails, waxing. They are always friendly and accommodating.

The host is rude and very impatient! Did not take the time to really explain the options, and had a major attitude when I asked to clarify. If you plan on taking your 12 year old, plan on spending $60 or more.

I had been to this nail salon only a couple of times to accompany my daughter And get my nails done. But after this last time I returned to get my nails done, I don't think I'm coming back. I'll start by saying ny gel nails didn't last a week. Went back to have them fixed and the owner is the place was not very polite. salon for quite a while and now that I returned, it probably won't be

It was mine and my moms first time there and it was a terrible experience! I paid $85 for these nails just for them to already look like this 3 days later.

Mediocre service and unprofessional customer service. I’ve visited here numerous times, they have a handful of techs who are wonderful and attentive which is great! If you don’t make an appointment with one of them, good luck. A lot of the techs rush their work, don’t pay attention to (or maybe don’t care about) the details (shape, evenness in length, consistency, etc). My final straw was my last visit when Vince gave a mediocre massage with the pedicure, so much so I thought he completely skipped a portion of the massage service. I brought this to the attention of Ben, the manager on duty. Ben was short and not really concerned with what my issues with the service were, he was more interested in just trying to prove me wrong. He went as far as to call the tech on the phone to ask if he did everything and then later, at 10:30pm, decided to text me personally to tell me he had video footage of my service (and sent the clip— I would share it but it’s not an option with my review post). Above and beyond, and in my opinion wildly unprofessional, for a simple “I’m not satisfied with the service I received”. If you love a 12 second light pressing-squeeze on your foot as a massage, then Vince is your guy! If you love being treated dismissively and later gaslighted via text at an absurd, after hours time, then the management at Resort Nails will surely make your day. If you’re not in to either of these experiences, then go somewhere else.

Jason Always does the very best job. I live 3.5 hours away and will wait until I'm in town to get my nails done. I have never had my nails done better!! 10 stars
