Absolutely, the units and chairs are the best in the world. I’ve used them in all three offices. The oldest are 30 years old and they still function and look perfect. Joe Ross is the perfect replacement for his gruff dad Bob. Ha!

I purchased all my chairs from Ross 7 years ago...absolutely no problems or maintenance. I'll occasionally call for a reminder on how to increase the pressure or something small. They quickly respond with a video on how to do it. When they are in the area, they call to ask if I need anything.

Our office bought a bunch of equipment from Ross over 12 years ago. They are still available to take the occasional call about equipment maintenance etc. Today, I called and Joe Ross suggested I run out to Home Depot rather than him shipping me a replacement part as it would be cheaper and quicker to use Home Depot.
