Google has the wrong store hours and when making plans to move on a Saturday we went to the facility at 135pm because google indicated office was open til 2:pm to find a closed sign on door attempted to contact emergency number for assistance no answer then 2 hours later received a text. Pour customer service.

Recently downsized and needed temporary storage during the move. What a pleasant surprise! Everything is automated, from the rental process to accessing my unit. The facility is immaculate and I feel very safe with all the security cameras. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage in Bastrop area.

Just FYI, the units leak water and there are rats there. No, not mice but rats! Ruined many of my items.
