Today I visited the UPS store in Midlothian, Texas to return an Amazon item. I was helped by a lady named Mary. There was a problem and Mary calmly explained my next steps necessary to resolve the issue. She even provided a space for me to disassemble the product to make it fit in the UPS shipping box. She was knowledgeable, polite and respectful throughout the transaction. Thank you, Mary, and keep up the great attitude!

Don't be scared if you see a long line. I have been here many times with lines to the door and they get you out fast and effective. Love going here. There courteous and fast on point. So you will be out of here in no time.

I like this UPS location. I can always pop right in and out and be on my way. My favorite thing is that they do Amazon returns. Since this COVID stuff, I've done a lot more shopping online and I love that there is an easy way to send stuff back if I need to. The workers are efficient and there are usually a couple, if not more, workers in there to keep things moving along

Mailed a package from this store location 8-21-20 the package never arrived at destination. Called the store for assistance...I need to contact 800# package stuck at Goodyear facility since 8/24. Called 800# opened investigation. Discovered Ups closed the investigation without contacting me as they apparently needed package size to continue. Called Midlothian UPS and all they could do is tell me to contact 800 and hung up on me, they packaged my products and apparently didn't list the size of the package on their system. 800# is useless and of no help!

Our Fiona is so well behaved after being a complete circus train wreck since she was a puppy. Justin did a great job and is always available for questions! Fiona did the two week Captain Hulk program and the follow-up classes for us. Very happy with our baby who now “acts like a lady!”

I cannot brag enough on this UPS store (#5992) in Midlothian, TX. they have consistently helped me with projects, printing and packaging over the past several months. I have never, ever once had a bad experience here! Quite the contrary. Each and every employee has always been so helpful and so polite in working with me, especially during these trying times when there are lines out the door and people waiting to get things done. Today was no exception as a young man named Carter Help me get a document printed although their server was down. Carter was successful in showing me how to utilize their computer with my phone to get this printed. I left the store very pleased and happy! This store and it's employees are AWESOME!

I just had a great experience at the UPS Store in Midlothian yesterday. To be fair it was busy even hectic, maybe a result of tax day, but the staff was courteous and professional. They were happy and cheerful and did a great job with notarizing my documents, emailing me copies and sending them next day air. Definitely going back!

Terrible, and i mean terrible customer service... imagine if a Karen, was the manager... thats what the midlothian UPS is like just a couple of old grumpy grandmas mad they have to work. All they do is complain about Amazon allday and blame the 2 young guys for nothing ever being done. Its sad, and disgusting, they should learn to quit just sitting in the back and get up off their butts and work.

Justin is simply the best trainer we have ever worked with. He retrained our very stubborn 3 year old Bouvier in his 2 week program and took our 6 month old Bouvier from wild to reasonable in 3 weeks. Our dogs were very comfortable with him and so were we. We highly recommend him.

We are so grateful to have such well-run UPS store in our town! I have mailed many packages from this location and have also used their printing service to make some spiral-bound notebooks. Every employee I have ever dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and careful with my shipments. I really like having them keep a record of my past shipments so that I can reference an address without having to search for it (again!). All my grandchildren live far away so I rely on UPS to get my packages to them in good shape and on time.

Very rude employees. They closed early and wouldn't even answer a question when I knocked. They looked at me and turned away. I won't be back.
