I have done business with the store since they open 6 years ago. I spend over $3,000 a year . This is the first time I have a problem with merchandise purchased. I call store to verify what they could do. I told her I had purchased a heater November the 27th. I'd only use it for a few days during the cold spell I was told no problem. Bring it back. They'll refund it. I said no. I'd like to get it replaced. They said no problem when I once reach the store I was told they could not do anything for me after my experience today I will no longer be doing business I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company

Friendly, semi knowledgeable, and fair. We own a small farm and this is our local place. Most times the staff has the info or finds it. You ALWAYS run into that 1 employee that doesn’t know and walks away instead of asking another. Store is always stocked, and the chicken/duck younglings are consistently there for us.

This is what TSC should be. Nice location. Nice, clean, well stocked store with plenty of parking. I went in looking for an item out of stock at most other locations. I walked in 20 min to close. I was immediately greeted with a smile. I was then assisted to find what I needed for my animals. I bought vaccines and was asked how far of a drive I had. When I answered, they dug an ice pack out for me and included it at no extra charge. The cost of everything here is very reasonable and good quality. The vaccines are the same manufacturer as the ones my vet uses.

I come here for the prices and the convenience, but customer service is seriously lacking. I bought some stale dog food from here (I've been buying this brand for years and know the texture and smell well) and when I called them to ask if I could exchange it for a different bag they acted like that was a wild request and told me that dog food is dry. I explained that I'm well aware of the texture of dog food, but this was different. They ended up saying they would exchange it, but the interaction I had was seriously lacking in customer service.

Mower belts are a huge mess. Took 15 minutes of sorting and searching to finally find what I needed. The sorting was me putting the belts in the correct slots. This is why I do almost all my shopping on-line.

I debated whether or not I should pile on to the other reviews just how horrible the service is. The generic “we appreciate your feedback” replies to all the other reviews made me think they don’t care about me at the store, and they don’t care about me at corporate either. But I did decide to post this, just to say save yourself a visit here and good to Atwood’s. It’s well worth the drive, they have every thing you need in stock, they don’t complain if you ask them for help, and even my daughter noticed how much nicer they were. I’m not affiliated with Atwood’s, just a regular guy who was running out of feed for his meat birds and didn’t need the worker telling me how lucky I was he didn’t have to dig at the bottom of a pallet for my bag of feed.

Was here today and was helped by a young lady named Priscilla. Priscilla went out of her way to help me find two different items, even bringing a ladder to retrieve an item from a top shelf. Priscilla was polite, cheerful, respectful and had a great attitude. Thank you Priscilla and thank you Tractor Supply for always having what I need!

I’ve lived in Colorado where snow and ice is normal and every Tractor Supply there are more then willing to get out in the cold and refill people’s propane tanks. This Tractor Supply here is by far one of the laziest stores I’ve ever shopped at. Over the past 4 months I’ve probably called 6 or 7 times to see if they have propane and either a valve is broken or they just ran out is the excuse. Sure enough today was no different. The staff at this store should all be fired and replaced with people who will actually work.

The classic example of customer service/clerks/cashiers/managers who believe helping customers interferes with "their job." I was stared at dumbly when I asked where a product might be then a chorus of "I dunno". After searching nearly every aisle I located a product similar to what I needed. So I walked back to the 3 20-somethings in front to help me unlock the product. "Only the manager has the keys." Fine, send him back. About 3 minutes later I heard a man yelling "where? where? I don't see anyone! There's no one back here!" To which I responded, "I am right here." I told him I needed a product unlocked so I could buy it. He looked at the contraption and said, "I don't know how to unlock that. I can't unlock that." At that time, one of the "merry 3" from the front, a young man came walking by and the manager stopped him and asked if he could unlock the products. He replied he could "get the key." Seriously? 5 minutes ago you were unable to speak other than "the manager has the keys." So the kid walks away, the manager walks away and I am just standing there with my jaw on the floor at the unprofessional attitudes. I stood there another full 5 minutes until I saw the young man walking by - on his way to lunch. I yelled out to him - did you get the key? And he replied, "someone will," and kept walking out the door. I was done. As I stormed out to my car the manager interrupted his coffee break in the parking lot long enough to ask if I got what I wanted. I said "NO. No one ever came back to unlock the display. No one ever cared enough to help me buy the products you are in business to sell." He just stood there staring as I drove off. They lost a customer for life.

Misleading name for a business. A real tractor store would have real tractors for sale out front & not riding mowers. Stop sipping the corporate cool aid!

This was my 2nd attempt at getting cattle panels and this time I paid online and did curbside. I also went to a different location and it took me no more than 15 min get everything. It was quick and easy. Much better experience than what I had in Waxahachie, TX where I was told the panels were all sold but if I went on their website I could get them online that same day. Either they didn't want to sell them to me or they are not updating their inventory properly.
