Dropped off my U-Haul rental at this location and was charged $274 on top of my other U-Haul fees for “wrong drop off” location. Seems like an extremely large fee for being only 30 miles from the original pickup. Taking advantage of people where they can.

Please for your safety check anything that you rent out of this place, apparently they don’t do it . So I reserve a car dolly a week in advance to make sure I will be able to transport my car out of town 600 miles away from MIDLOTHIAN, the original reservation was at a different location in MIDLOTHIAN but they contact me and told me that they don’t have one for the day . So everything was transferred to this location, also I call one day before to confirm and they said that they have it no problem. this is what I got( pictures). Then I call to have them replaced because I noticed the same day at night that I picked up that was damage. I was sent to different location the next day in Fort Worth for an exchange but they didn’t had one, I just had enough and had my wife drive the car . There is a big disconnection between stores, customer service and roadside assistance, very disappointing experience .

Will be taking all of our storage elsewhere. Woman who lives in a trailer on the property was extremely rude and unprofessional today. Us and our friend who was going to get a unit (who will now not be) will be moving our things elsewhere on Tuesday.

¡!RENTERS BEWARE!¡ Made a reservation for a UHaul truck at 10am and was sitting outside their office until alittle after 11am with no A/C at 6 months pregnant. I was left with no key for the truck and no means of contact to this company!
