  My mom, sister, and I visited the Midlothian location after visiting the Mansfield location for a few products on sale. The store was dead and yet the employees couldn’t be bothered to provide decent customer service. You’ll probably see my sister’s review here too. 👎🏼 Just go to the Mansfield, Waxahachie, or Cedar Hill one instead.

  Employees were unhelpful, even when the store is empty. Asked questions about item locations and product stock and we were kept waiting. Another employee directed us to ask one of her co-workers instead. Cashier didn't tell us about using points about to expire.
  Just drive to another location and let these girls collect their hourly.

  I like ulta, but I'm giving them four stars because they no longer carry a brand of Cosmetics that I like that is quite popular might I add and they used to carry it, but for whatever reason they do not now.

  One of the sales associates gave the worst attitude, I wanted to buy a perfume and ask for assistance to get it out of the lock glass, and she acted like she didn't want to be there and always reply with an attitude. until I ask for someone else to help me because i was not going to deal with that type of negativity. well no one ever came so I took my business to SEPHORA. will not be going back.

  Ulta Beauty started carrying MAC products a few years ago, and I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the location closest to my house doesn’t carry the shade I need, so I usually drive to Midlothian, Texas, about 15 minutes away, to make my purchase.
  
  However, there’s rarely anyone available to assist me, and I often find myself waiting for help—only to discover the item is out of stock. This happened again a few days ago. I waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me, then another 20 minutes while the salesperson searched for the product, only for her to return empty-handed. She was kind enough to call the Mansfield location, where my shade was in stock, but that meant another 15-minute drive to finally get what I needed.
  
  If the store is going to carry MAC products, there should be a knowledgeable salesperson available to assist customers.

  I took my mother and myself to this location today. Liz cut my Mother’s hair and I couldn’t believe what she had done to my mother’s beautiful thick hair. She scalped her and left her looking like a man with almost a buzz cut. I was so angry I knew if I opened my mouth I would not be able to contain what I wanted to say to her.
  
  Mandi cut my hair which was suppose to be a bob. I have a man layered cut in the back and one side is whacked off uneven to the other on the sides. Thanks for making me look horrific just before I have a huge company meeting on Tuesday. I’m so embarrassed. The manager couldn’t care less. I will never step foot into another Ultra.

  I need to give this place props!!!! I came here after having a horrible experience at the Waxahachie location!!!! First things is the customer service was outstanding!!! Savannah who was working the floor and the register was extremely helpful. I came in for one things and ended up leaving with several things thanks to her help. Not to mention that this store is clean and has everything you need in stock, I will drive a little further to this location from now on

  Rebecca is very knowledgeable and takes her time to get it right. I get root retouches, highlights and cuts and they have always been on point.
