The pharmacy is horribly slow. I wait at least 40+ minutes everytime I come to pick up a prescription. On top of being slow they act like it's an inconvenience to help the customers.

The pharmacist manager Annie is out of control behavior is worse than a spoiled Kid at the age of under five I can prove everything I am speaking of by video that is why I am speaking in this manner this lady stopped my medication for one month by changing the NIP number on my medication and the quantity amount causing it to be rejected by my insurance once me and my insurance figured out what was going on if you could've seen this lady Face turn redder than a red light you wouldn't believe it her face was so red when my insurance addressed her by phone with me standing there telling her she was entering the wrong number at that time she said she was just not going to and refuse to serve me wow I spoke to the store manager and she said (carline )if I didn't like it just go somewhere else wow and every cashier played a part in this lie that my insurance wouldn't cover it knowing they were entering the wrong information so it would be rejected wow

The pharmacy is awful. This should be no stars. I had a serious infection that needed antibiotics. The pharmacy received the RX from the doctor at 4pm. I tried to call the pharmacy to be sure I could get it before they closed. First time I was on hold for 20 min and the automatic message kept telling me two callers ahead of me. I hung up and thought I would call back a little later as they might be busy with customers. I called back and after being on hold for over 40 minutes with someone picking up the phone around 30 minutes and just put me right back on hold and not saying anything. I drove up there still on hold and there was no one in line at the pharmacy. I told the lady that I was on hold 40 min and still on hold as I drove up. She shrugged her shoulders and gave me the I do not know what to tell you. I did not pick up the phone. Then I asked if I could get my prescription since I needed it and they have had it for 4 hours. She told me no but she would ask. I saw her speak to another clerk and came back and said we can not do that. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. It was too bad for you attitude.

I will never enter Walgreens in Midlothian again. I needed a Prescription refilled a little early 3 days. I was going to England on vacation. The pharmacist and the Pharmacy Mgr, both told me that there was no way in the world they would fill it with more than two days, and then that depended on them. I did get pretty upset with them, but did not use foul language, I was just firm that this was about MY HEALTH, and both my Dr and Insurance company approved of me getting this a few days early. This is not a company mandate, it is theirs. If I could have the RX transfered to another Walgreens they would fill it. I left with out my RX. The part that makes me so angry is that the next day as I was boarding my plane, I get a text that the RX is ready and I can pick it up. No way to get it and make my flight. The Pharmacist and Manager are just arrogant, rude, and terrible people to deal with. I will never go back.

Oh my. Ok. So been going for years and they hired some new folks. In keeping with the feds asking for particular groups or persons to be hired, a fella with Austism was hired to do the front registers and stocking. He's been at this location for a year or so, and he's driving people nuts. Inclusivity matters sure. Understood. But when this person literally talks loudly, offends people, and constantly asks about the phone number for rewards, many of us feel like we could crawl in a corner. It puts us on the spot. Like my dad, 77, cannot hear well. This associate keeps running his mouth, avoids allowing ppl to answer questions, and announces items my dad buys, while everyone hears it. How would one guy react if this associate screamed across the store about a pack of adult diapers? Condoms, female products?? It's putting customers in a terrible position. Everybody knows this associate's break-time because they say it loudly!! I will get these ppl, but my break is in 4.4 minutes. People who had already gotten their items were just face planting because of the constant questions. Do better please!!!

Damn... have to give at least one star to review .. so this ONE star is too generous . Literally just stood at front Counter for 15 mins waiting to check out. No cashier.She finally hobbles in front outside (wtf) and proceeds to treat me like I'm inconveniencing her. Next time I'll just hit CVS down the street

If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO, I would. By FAR this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, and that says a lot from an army wife who's used pharmacies all over the country. The staff are not only unfriendly, but just down right rude. It's almost as if they train them that way because they all act the same. Twice I have gotten home and didn't have all of my medications, multiple times I've been told that it was too soon to refill one of my meds, when it actually was due for a refill. Once all of my refills on a routine med somehow disappeared and they said that my doctors office called and said to remove the refills. Checked with the doctor and yeah, FALSE!! And I could go on and on but I won't because I'm moving soon. Otherwise, I'd be transferring everything to the Brookshire Brothers across the street!!

This Walgreens deserves a zero star. this is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacist I have ever been to. been doing business with them over 11 years and for the past couple of years the pharmacist there are horrible unprofessional and don't care about their customers. The pharmacist named Shane Malekouti is the worst will talk to you like your crap. called and filed a complaint on him then the store manager called my home and told me what the pharmacist said instead of asking me what the problem was But automatically took the pharmacist side what a joke. Its time for me to move to another location this one ain't the one!!

Waited in line for 30 minutes at the pharmacy. Pulled up to the window at 8:59pm. Granted, that's one minute before closing time. The pharmacist looked at me, closed the window and walked away. Terrible customer service.

Had an appointment for the vaccine for my very anxious 10 year old. First, the lady that was suppose to check us in told me to wait and then proceeded to get her prescription refill. There is a line for that. The pharmacy lady proceeded to get her prescription instead of helping me. When she finally did decide to check my son in, she asked me for the vaccine card and accused of throwing at her. I had already spoken to her manager who did nothing to help us. She left me standing there while another employee took over for her. This is the worst Walgreens ever!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am changing my preferred pharmacist because I have waited for over an hour on the phone after you hung up on me once asked me to "hold please"! What is with this? You can't answer the phone for your customers? Along with the long lines to just pick up my prescription, this pharmacy has the worst customer service ever! Walgreens...please do better!

I have never had problems with this store until lately. Yesterday I tried two separate times to pick up prescriptions however, both in store and drive through were impossibly long. Today I went inside and only three people were in front of me. It still took 30 minutes to get my prescriptions. Drive through person couldn't help because the other register for in store was not working. He couldn't use the drive through register? I tried calling manager could not reach anyone. Once I got to register it went fast but the wait was totally unnecessary. Walgreens you can do better.

I seriously have been waiting to get a prescription filled most of today! They were sent yesterday and one was not due for refill until today. I've called every hour or so, same recording, one is filled the other is UNDER REVIEW by the Pharmacist! So I called for the 4th TIME, to talk to SOMEONE! I was on hold for 15 solid minutes (2:20pm) finally someone a young make said it would not be ready until 4pm! This inexcusable and I'm going to have prescriptions transferred elsewhere, this is ridiculous! THIS IS NOT the 1st time this has happened to me!

If I could rate this store a -5 stars I would. Do not come here for pharmacy needs at any cost if you can avoid it! I put a prescription in on a Thursday and the staff told me to my face it would be here Monday. I called Monday and they told me they never put the order in and they are sorry, even after the staff told me to my face they put the order in for my scripts on the previous Thursday. The medication is a medication I need to for my well-being to be able to operate for daily life. This is not the first time this has happened and it won't be the last. Use other pharmacies and do not come here, they are a sad excuse for a business. Stay away if you need your medications.
