These are guys are terrible. If you don't want to work, then don't come in to work. But if u go to work then you should be expected to do just that. But not here, they always come up with an excuse to not work. Was told today that they couldn't change my tires because a special key was needed, okay, except they are the ones who mounted these tires in the first place & didn't need a key to do them. So i go buy a #19 socket at auto zone, come back 45 min later, & now they don't have e ough workers to finish on time beceuee they close @6pm, but they close at least 7 i explain, not today, they were closing at 6, my experience started at 230 pm, so what about the 3 hour i wasted with these lazy $#@&).Discount tire costs more, but in the long run they really don't if you take wasted time into consideration. They have my business from now on.

Had some new tires put on the car. When there was a front end vibration after the tires were replaced, they fixed the issue without jerking me around. I appreciate that they were very honest.Service: Tires

I get all my oil changes at this Walmart auto center. They left a note on my last oil change stating my oil plug was cross threaded when they removed it this time.I did not see the note right away. When I noticed a few 100 miles later that I had an oil leak I pulled out the receipt and found the note about the cross threaded plug.I went back up to Walmart and told them that the only way it could be cross threaded is when they put it back on after previous oil change.I asked for a manage to reach out to me about correcting this situation that they obviously caused. I have been waiting a week and have made two trips back to Walmart to try and speak with a manager about this. They don't call and they are never there.I haven't been able to speak with a manager. They break stuff but obviously they do not want to take responsibility in a timely manner.

I would give 9 stars if I could. Only if Anthony there should you use them, others are as friendly as a Rick and don't make you feel if you are a customer, let alone a person

As a former Nissan technician, I was appalled by how Walmart runs their shops and how naïve their “certified techs” are. Went with the family as they said they have a slow leak in their tire. Their “techs” stated nothing was found in the tire but never checked the wheel lips, valve stem or never balanced it to see if it was a defunct wheel. Also, a woman was in her car and was having her oil level checked by a “tech” using the dipstick. She said she had lots of fluid leakage but the “tech” said oil level is full and no problems are there. How does he not know there’s MORE than one type of fluid?? She was in a Nissan too and her model of car was notorious for transmission and axle leaks. But I kept my mouth shut and moved on. Oh, and tell the guy who said “after 2013 nobody makes a car that takes 5w-30” he’s a joke. Many companies use 5w-30 after 2013 and some still do today. But he was their “master tech” so what do I know?

Had my oil changed & they managed to crack my windshield. I informed the manager, he took pictures & I was never contacted back. Every time I tried to contact them, the person whom is supposed to attend to that sort of issue has either conveniently left early for the day or didn't come to work along with a host of other excuses. Then they over charged for the oil change. Apparently the associate that took our information selected the incorrect oil weight.
