I’d give them -5 stars if I could. Wells Fargo is so shady and unethical. They’ll overnight you a credit card for free, but will take 5-7 days getting you the card for YOUR money. They don’t do temp cards anymore and their smart response was to come get cash out. Umh if I come get my cash I’m closing the account.And what’s with the having to make an appointment to get seen by a teller? This is a bank not a dr or dentist. I guess I missed something.Pedro is suppose to be a branch manager but has the emotional mentality of a 2 year old. You don’t hang up on people when they’re asking for your help and going through something. Customer service 101, got 10 years of customer service experience, I can teach you a thing or two.

Not good for small businesses! As a small business my account gets low from time to time, then really high when customers pay. Deposited 180,000, and they put a 4 day hold. No biggie, right? Pretty normal. Then, on the day it was supposed to be released, they put another hold!!! In that time I had wrote checks because money was in the bank funds would be released before any checks were cashed. NOT!! they returned checks for non sufficient funds! Faught for days with them just to be told ....their right im wrong. Choose your bank wisely and read all the small print.

Bank teller wouldn't let me make a deposit into my wife's account, even though I made a deposit last week and Multiple other deposits over 10 years to her account at the same bank, I don't know if they just started a new policy but with her attitude when I walked up definitely seems like discrimination. Navy Federal here we come

Wonderful customer service at this branch. I’ve done all sorts of different transactions here and never ever had a problem with anything. Everyone is so nice and helpful they really make you feel like you matter. Best Wells Fargo around no question.

I had some fraudulent activity on my account. The fraud department was very nice in resolving the issue. However, if going to the local location here in Midlothian, they are not very customer oriented. I came in and needed to speak with a banker about closing my account and moving it else where and was told I needed to make an appointment for next week when there were bankers standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing.

I started banking with the Waxahachie branch in July. My average wait time inside or the drive thru is 20-30 minutes for withdrawal or deposits. The people are nice but this is ridiculous. I'm looking around to find a bank in the area with better service.

Difference between this place vs others. This place doesn't want your business. The branch was empty. No customers inside, the employees werent really doing much and I needed to open a bank account. I'm told I have to make an appointment and I won't be seen until at least Monday. It's Friday. I tell him, I need it asap. If they can't help me, I'll just go to a different bank. Needless to say, he didn't do anything. Which I find interesting because I look online and find a different branch within Wells Fargo that had 0 appointments available but yet they made time for me but this left a bad taste in my mouth so I went to BoA instead. Goes to show who wants customers and who doesn't. Visit the Alvarado branch or just go to BoA or something like I did.

They deserve NEGATIVE stars. Wells allows fraud and does nothing to protect their customers money. I was a customer for 27 years and they didn't care about my loyalty. They are a horrible company that allows money to be stolen from students and treat their customers awful. Please do not use this bank. There are so many better choices.

I don't normally do this, but since I am on the saving account with my granddaughter, I feel I need to. More than 4 weeks ago, our granddaughter was scammed out of her college savings. She is working and paying her own way thru college. With the grants, scholarships (she works hard to get), her little bit of money she can save has kept her from having school loans. But someone called her using the Wells Fargo customer service number and scammed her of her meager savings. It's not much for most people, but a lot to a under graduate. And now, almost 5 weeks later, Wells Fargo Claims Dept. is still dragging their feet, not resolving this issue. MY issue is how was someone, not working for WF, allowed to use the customer service number?

I’ve started coming to this branch due to the Waxahachie branch short on staff and rude atmosphere! Since my first visit at the Midlothian branch Kallie has helped me with my banking issues. I also have to say Sergio and other staff have been very friendly and super helpful! I don’t mind driving from Waxahachie.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years and have always had a great experience at this location. I have personal and business accounts with them. My banker Sugely helped me open my business account years ago and was very helpful and Sergio often helps me with notarizations for my business. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and ready promptly at my appointment time. I appreciate that this location has taken thoughtful COVID precautions.
