They consistently mess up drive-thru orders. Today, one of the number 1 meals had no fries. Last time, whatever it was I brought back wasn’t a number 1 at all like I ordered. It was some sort of thing with bacon and mayonnaise. These folks dimly aren’t trying. Don’t waste your time here.

If you want substandard food, poor service, and bad attitudes, this is your place. Fast food? Nah, be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting for the drive-through. This store has been bad for years and every time I decide to try it again, they remind me to stay away and warn others.

The person serving the food gave me terrible service and gave me the wrong order. I told her to change it and she didn't want to. Bad attitude. Terrible service.

Rarely do I rant about how good the entire experience is, but this Whataburger has it all. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. The meal was great and the fries are some of the best I've ever had. My burger was hot and veggies and bun fresh. No complaints here. Everyone needs to come by and try it out!

Usually fine. But they don’t read orders back and there’s a young gentleman on early bird crew whose shirt is consistently dirty. Y’all gotta read orders back. It saves time when mistakes are made, because they can get corrected at the microphone instead of when you’re at the window and the wrong order has already been made.

Staff was very rude, and the woman that took the order was very unfriendly. Won't recommend anyone to go there, I know we wont.

Called 3 times and asked for sauce to be put into my order because I’m unable to order it on the app and received none in my delivery order. She was very nice on the phone but clearly didn’t manage kitchen staff. I’ve been in restaurant industry management for 3 years and no excuse for not making sure your staff puts out the right order. That’s the main priority.

For the most all whataburgers are great in general. Some slower than others. Sometimes the food is cold. But this one in particular was good. It was very busy and lots of people there. For the amount of people that were there,i still got my food in a timely manner. The drive-through was packed and so was the inside. Kudos to the employees that bust their butts to get the job done. Fast food workers are often over looked, but I, for one, appreciate their hard work. God bless ?
