The newer night person gave me the wrong food I asked for and also sat in and had her own input on a conversation I was having with my sister. The food that she did give me was BURNT and not just a little bit the WHOLE thing was burnt! I’ve been going here since they opened to get breakfast and this is the 3-4th time that I’ve been here since the new lady started (she’s VERY VERY rude so I haven’t bothered asking her name) my food has been worse EVERYTIME!!!!! I

So I am giving this a two star for a few reasons.
Let it be known that this location has been good to me, as it is right across the street from where I live and I have been a loyal customer for nearly two years now, but I think after nearly two years, it is time to break the silence.
So this store gets a five star for location, convenience and visual cleanliness (from what you can see) but that is about it.
The reasons for the lower review are gonna be doozy.
So the first one is this: ZERO manager accountability.
The morning shift comprises of a small click of girls that clearly peaked in high school and their attitude shows. They stand around, doing bare minimal, gossiping about their husbands, baby daddy's or whatever drama of the day. These girls are so clicky that have gone out and gotten matching tattoos to boot. As a manager in Customer Service myself, the first thing i would be doing in this case would be having them have working different shifts.
1st shift has no sense of customer service. You will go in, get your stuff, they will ring you up, while still talking about the tea of the day.
1st and 2nd shift don't want to pull their weight, dump everything onto 3rd shift and then gets mad when 3rd shift doesn't do THEIR job.
Then retention rate for 3rd shift is terrifying low. And even when you get one that stays there for a while, they are eventually either driven out completely, or go to a different shift, because they are tired of constantly having to do another shifts job. You would think in a place full of adults, there would be ADULTS with accountability.
Until the franchise owner or corporate can actually come in and fix things, hire managers (clearly promoting within isn't working) that will actually hold people accountable, I will no longer be visiting this location after tomorrow.

Great service in this store! The morning an the evening/afternoon shift are amazing! I don't know everyone's names to give them all kudos but yesterday Brittany went above and beyond for me. She made my bad day better. She always greets us with a smile and has a kind word for us. Yall are out doing yourselves!

My son put his hand on the glass to point out what kind of food he wanted. The girl checking us replied "kid do you really have your disgusting hands on my glass". She looked at the girls behind the counter and started to laugh at my 10 year old son. My son is very polite and she could have simply just asked him. ?...also all the gas pumps were out of gas with my signs or no notifications at the pumps. Very disappointing with the customer service we received today.

Hannah is one of the best managers I could ever ask for at a store she helps me to find my products, and even tells me what is best for me in the end. However there is one manger who I believe is hire up then her and her name is patty she has stolen from the stores and is very rude to the customers and her employees, she isn’t very wise to say the least since she also likes to put every down in front of customers she is rude and honestly I feel like someone as hostile as her needs to be FIRED.

Travel from out of town for a graduation and needed to stop. Your station was very well taken care of and clean. Was greeted when I walked in and when I left.

Their lettuce looked wilted so I bought a bag of salad instead. Didn’t think to check the expiration date because they are usually more professional then that. I bought it home, ripped the bag open, and looked in to find molded lettuce. The bag expired on the 8th - It is the 21st.

The ladies here are seriously amazing! Always welcoming and friendly.. also the store is always spick n span. So happy this location has awesome employees
