Nice folks. Not sure they know all the in and outs of there job though. 3 times and they still can’t get change of address correct. Sorry but being polite is only portion of a job. If you can’t solve problems or answer questions then shouldn’t be there.

Exactly the opposite experience of the Weatherford location! So refreshing to deal with people that are professional and courteous. Anyone I have ever dealt with here has been friendly & professional! Refreshing to say the least!

This post office and the people who work there are a breath of fresh air. I’m so thankful for such accommodating and kind people. I used to dread going to post office in the previous place we lived. But now it’s a very pleasant experience.

The mail carrier NEVER closes the mailbox after tossing the mail in there. I was at the end of my driveway one time and watched her. Opened it, tossed the mail in there, and drove off. Didn't even attempt to close the mailbox. I have had mail blow out and get wet from rain by her not closing it. We also receive mail that is not ours. I write on a post-it (as to be respectful not to write on the mail itself) to have it returned and it will sit in my mailbox for weeks. I don't want someone else's mail and its illegal for me to discard it. I have made special trips and taken it to the post office and it goes right back in my mailbox. These things are nothing major but enough of an annoyance for me to mention it to the appropriate management. Thank you for your time.

Had letter returned addressed to 201 Fairview Rd saying "No Such Street". How is that even possible when the post office is on same street at 103 Fairview Rd?

Great and yummy food, I loved the atmosphere this place has, and the cashiers were kind. I will definitely visit here when I’m around.

Got locked out of box. Which is fine I couldn't make it down to pay bill. Paid for new lock new keys. Paid an extremely high bill just for them to give me the wrong keys. Couldn't open my box for over a month. No extension of service States started 9-1 but pain October so I get less then 6 months. Tip off. Plan on getting box else where.
