These people are the best!! I have dealt with many of the employees and managers. Jimmy and Daphne have been amazing even after I have had to change pickup and delivery dates on a couple of occasions. The sales people and delivery guys are just as nice and helpful. They are always so accommodating and have gone the extra mile to assist with our move to a new house!!! I will recommend them 11 out of 10 times over!!!

Was recently at the mineola tx location and I must say I'm absolutely dumb founded by the unprofessional, rude, & disrespectful attitudes I got from employee and mgr all because I changed my mind on purchase due to high price. Completely unconstituted behavior.

Aaron's put on a Easter egg hunt in the mineola preserve today. It was completely unorganized. The only food served was cold and disgusting hot dogs, chips and water. I hate coming to these type of events because of PARENTS!!! THEY ALLOW THEIR CHILDREN TO RUN AROUND TAKING MOST OF THE EGGS WHILE SOME CHILDREN LEAVE EMPTY HANDED AND CRYING. None of the Aarons employees seemed to care. There were several children crying and parents upset. It's simply a free for all. Way to go parents and Aaron's. It was definitely unforgettable!!!! I hope the money you received and kept was worth it.

Don't deal with these site. Jimmy does not like servicing people who change their minds. He told us he is not renting us anything else because we decide to trade in our furnature. He has a smart mouth. I called corporate to ket them know Jimmy says they are not a rental company. I have been with aarons 10 yrs and now I'm done I will not deal with aarons again. Beware

I only have had good things to say about this place so far! The manager is awesome and employees are very kind and professional. Any issues that I have had were resolved in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I would not recommend the Mineola store anyone. The service really stinks manager Jimmy is no help at all. I called 8 times and kept getting the run a round.

Bought a recliner on 6 months same as cash. Went in to get another one and was told I still owed 412.00. The girl who set up my account lied and I was charged the extra 400.00. Of course the girl no longer works there so needless to say I was not even offered a reduction in interest charges. Paid it off but will never shop there again. $600.00 recliner cost me $1000.00
