Great range to dial in your weapons and have some fun! I’ve been to a lot of the local ranges, they’re okay this review isn’t intended to put them down, but The Armed Texan is the best kept outdoor range.
My only wish is that they could stretch the long range to 200 yards. They have it so you can shoot steel targets at 100 yards, and that’s great.
I also appreciate the advice they share. The gentleman that work there are veterans and are active in teaching training courses. This is how they make their living, they’re serious about what they do.
I also like that they don’t have to sell you on something their in shop. If you need it and they have it, then that’s convenient. But if they don’t have it, they give you their recommendations on where to find it. Very helpful in finding the right product, not a cheap one you’ll just end up replacing in the long run.
I’d recommend the Armed Texan to everyone! If you haven’t gone, then you need to! Give them a shot!

Great folks to deal with. This is the only range I go to when I’m in town. They have steel targets which is a blast and 200 yd rifle range as well. Training bays are great but bring sunscreen. If you’re looking for shade they have that too from 25-100yd.

I didn't receive a very warm welcome! First thing that was said when I walked in the facility was is that gun loaded? I had my pistol in my holster. I probably won't be back! Welcome your customers then ask questions!
