Our account was overdrafted when we don't allow this. My son's savings account was used to cover the overdraft. We were never alerted to this and now my son has no savings account. Both accounts were closed without so much as a phone call. Very bad business!

Can't get your money out of your own account after deposting cash into your account. Website hardly ever works. ATM eats your money. All in all it is a very bad bank

I recently had an emergency situation that required surgery. My time was short and I was in need of money fast. (My money) The amount would require approval by the Banks President. Cindy from the Mineola branch was able to help me get two large payment to bypass needing approval from the Banks President. The entire Mineola Brank Staff, Cindy, Ruth, Kelly, and so many others have always been kind and helpful. Been a customer for 20 plus years.. Thank You Very Much!

My father recently passed. This bank froze his account. This stopped all auto pay items, including his mortgage. I called bank to get direction on next steps, as STATES EXECUTOR. They had little advise. I was told no bank officer available for me to speak with. I was told to be expecting a call back....never happened. So now, zero bills were paid for the month of November. My attorney will now have to be involved. An already difficult situation, made wore by a small town bank.
