No one is ever available to answer the phone in service or parts. I guess they just want you to drive yo there. They are not staffed to service you, and then when you do take it in for service there is always just one more thing that needs to be done.
Took my 2015 in for no A/C. 1200.00 A/C was allegedly fixed - something to do with rear condenser ? Had it one day, it quit working. Took it back and magically the lower line on the front compressor/condenser sprang a leak- another 800.00 out the door.
Took my 2019 in to have fluids changed - 6000 brake job they quoted me. All four calipers and lines were corroded and I bought the truck from them. Of course I took it for a second opinion and surfed the user groups and nowhere had anyone heard of this on a truck with 50k miles on it.
