I am not sure what all of these negative reviews are.. but this Goodwill is my favorite store in East TX! By far! The employees are always so nice and I literally find something I love every single time that I go. The store is organized as well and they have color of the week at this location!
I have found items marked different prices before (same brand, same item, different price) and they always honor the lower price!
I love this location!

I pray to whoever is reading this saves their money and don’t go to this goodwill I went to goodwill to purchase these pants while trying them on the tag came off and was lost so the lady told me I couldn’t purchase them even when I knew the price of them and most of the jeans cost the same price so she told me to come back the next day and they will be there with the tag and she put them on a “special rack” near the front check out so I left and came back the very next day to find the jeans out with the normal jeans with no tag!! And she tells me come again tomorrow we can’t help you and I’m thinking to myself a third time are you serious!??! Waste more gas ? I thought she must be joking, so with that being said I can firmly say the staff are very uncaring of there costumer’s problems but not just the staff the manager as well they didn’t even come to address the situation I’m not even from here and I can say this is the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to in my entire life no respect for the customers it’s like they have no emotion just waiting to get paid and leave and the manager couldn’t even come out to help me nor the other customer there with a problem both times horrible I tell you just horrible!!!

If i could give no stars I absolutely would. Today is the last time my family will shop at this particular goodwill. The past three times we've been here we wasted our time looking for items we would like to purchase, only to be told at the register that they don't have price tags on them, so they get sent back to the back of the store to be "processed." Shouldn't these items that we've waisted our time looking at be "processed" prior to being put out on the sales floor?? And the cashier is so blatantly rude about it each time. I would even go as far as saying she's treating us as if we had taken the tags off our selves.To sum this review up. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at this particular store, unless you want to waste your time shopping for items you won't get to purchase, along with getting rude treatment from the cashier.

Side of store where you drop off is a train wreck and prices are cheaper at Walmart. Don’t waste your time.
