Went to this business to get some lumber and concrete. I was immediately greeted as I entered. I ordered my materials right there. I was given a pick up slip for the yard. I drove into the yard where my materials were loaded. Great service. The gentleman in the yard who handled my order and loaded up my materials was great. Thanks

Nicole was exceptional! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was our first time in the store and had several items in multiple departments to locate. She assisted us throughout the store plus had a solution to a formica countertop that is separating. I highly recommend you stop by Higginbotham Brothers in Mineola and ask for Nicole!

Their employees are gonna need to take some remedial math courses. If I ask for 200' of shc 40, and ya sell em in 20' joints, how many are needed? Neither the cashier nor the yard man knew. Wound up with half what I asked for (and whatever the wife threw in the basket lolol) And, when asked if the cut price is per bundle or per joint, the difference is easily discernable.

I was in Higginbotham's this morning, not one of the employees spoke. I gathered the merchendise I wanted, went to the cashier to pay and Debra was just snotty to me like she didn't want to wait on me. She never had seen me before this day. That's my last time there!

This is one of my favorite hardware stores. I don't shop there as much as I used to because I moved away. But they are good people and I enjoy doing business with them! I have been a general contractor for almost 30 years and have been using this store for that long. Go buy your lumber here!

I bought a dewalt sawzaw in mid october. did not use it until this monday. Bad saw. started smoking and arching right off the bat. took it back with the receipt. they would not swap it out and told me i would have to mail it off which they offered to do but c’mon! Ive spent close to 40k at this store in the last 4 yrs remodeling my lake house on holbrook. Im a contractor who is going to be moving my business to mineola in 2022. you guys just lost every dollar of mine. That is NOT how you take care of a business client. Ill drive to Lindale now to Lowes or even Tyler to Home Depot before I spend another dollar at your store.
