The staff at Castle Rock are very helpful. I had my 32' foot travel trailer there for 6 months and they had a great corner spot that was out of the way.

We rented a storage unit here for 6 months. We also purchased insurance. When the unit flooded and did $4000 in damage to our belongings, the insurance wouldn't cover flooding! Originally, we were told it was a leek in the roof and then the story changed. The owner didn't offer us anything. We didn't expect them to cover the damage, but returning our 6 months rent would have been reasonable. We feel scammed by Castle Rock and the insurance we purchased in the Castle Rock office. How disgusting that they took advantage of of us, a 70 year old woman and her daughter who were nothing but kind to them. We paid on time every month.

Way to expensive. They used to be real nice too. And be open 24 hours. But, raised the rent, cut the hours available and lost the hospitality. Beware!!!

This location is fantastic, quiet, and very secure, even if you accidently leave your door unlocked! Brandy is a sweet heart and called us to let us know that the door handle was not locked. It has been our pleasure using KeepIt Storage. Excellent customer service! Thank y'all and blessings!
