Got a bank account there. Should have really read the paperwork. I opted not to overdraft because I don’t want the fees associated. This bank charges $30 if your card is declined even if you don’t have overdraft. If there was overdraft then I would understand because it’s basically a loan on the money. Nope, they returned the payment and charged me $30 per returned transaction. Due to their fees my account was overdrafted and they’re charging me $2/ day it’s negative. I tried to talk to them about it and they said they’ll return one $30 fee. Which still makes my account $155 overdrafted just in their fees. Literally robbery.

I first used Mineola Community Bank 2 years ago for a mortgage, bank account and then a home equity. So easy and nice to interact with, great rates, extremely fast at close and today, remain very response when I contact them. Highly recommend

This bank is amazing. Customer service with Yésika has been outstanding. We’ve done refinancing 3 original loans and three refi’s over eight years. This has been a much better experience than a larger bank. Highly recommended.!!!

We have used this bank for personal home loans, personal commercial loans and referred to several of our clients for home or construction loans. As always they are super easy to deal with and always friendly. Honestly, they just make it hard to go with any other bank after you have done business here because of how much they stand out from other banks! Mr. Herlocker, Yesika and their team are amazing!

My dad & mom banked here for 20 yrs. They are the most wonderful people! We have always been greeted kindly. Even as my dad become elderly, they would wait patient while he slowly did all his banking!
