I haven't had a fried pie since I was knee high to a frog! I got the buttermilk fried pie and it was lovely. Flaky, rich, melt in your mouth! Definitely a fan now and a regular customer. ?

Don't bring kids with you. We were followed around and our kids repeatedly told not to touch anything. Umm... well that's not how to get anyone's business. We will never be back & neither will our families - you got your wish!

My grandmother had seen this place on the news so when we were in Mineola for the weekend, we had to stop by. The shop was cute. They had everything from clothes to seasoning mixtures for cooking. Their Jalapeño peanut brittle didn't last a day. It was so good. I brought pies back to my grandmother and also took some back to the lake house. Everyone loves the pies! The ladies working were very friendly. I highly recommend for you to stop by this place if you find yourself traveling to East Texas.

Their fried pies are so delicious! I've had many from various places but the crust on these pies was the flakiest. We bought ten different fried pies and got two free. I had the apple, the coconut and the Bavarian cream. All were worth getting but the Bavarian cream was my favorite followed by the coconut and right there with it was the apple fried pie. The rest of the flavors--lemon, apricot, pineapple, cherry and peach--went to daughters and their husbands. So, so good!

If you love pie then you have to try their fried pies I am obsessed, buy 5 get 1 free.. under 20$ I'm going to have to start buying 12 because they don't all make it home there that good all different flavors to choose from as well, peach is my favorite
