“There are still really AWESOME people in this world and Dale Sutton is one of them! We had a serious situation with tires on our RV (6 tires to be exact) and Dale put our minds at ease, walked us through options, provided education, and truly went above and beyond to help us. In fact, we needed 4 new tires and he had 2 of the specific ones. He worked with another local tire shop to get us what we needed. We are not local and were simply passing through. We had a destination and needed to get to it (and fast). His “pit crew” was legit! They were fast, efficient, courtesy and very polite. These guys SAVED THE DAY and our trip. We do not know much about Mineola, but we do know that John’s Tire is a 10/10! Very grateful for them.”
