My experience with this Verizon was great. Barb was helpful as always and kind. Which was nice because I was having a really hard day. And Jennifer helped me so much either picking out and new phone. I give them both a 5 In a 1-5 rating. Great job girls thanks so much for helping me out.

These 5 stars are for Courtlynn's customer service. She helped me select a new phone and plan and then transferred all of my data from the old phone to the new phone. We've always had a great experience with this Verizon store located in Mineola, Texas.

Barbara was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with my husband who hates technology. She helped us get used to our new phones and was able to get my husband’s hearing aids synced with his new phone as well.
