I understand that being late warrants Aaron’s to come by and knock on your door. Get this, my oldest 15 year old daughter was babysitting our two youngest 10 and 8. Aaron’s knocked on our door for 20 minutes straight scaring our children. My teenage daughter called scared and crying saying that they wouldn’t leave. Never renting from again.

My little brother needed a new game system and Michael not only found the exact model of XBox we had been looking for but also set him up with affordable monthly payments and a killer down payment. The store is beautiful and well stocked and the staff are super friendly. Definitely will be returning for some of those awesome sectionals I saw on my way out.

I get paid every two weeks and yet I get threatened at least once a month when my payday does not fall correctly ti suit them10/10 will never rent from them again I have no choice but to keep my current agreement but never againAlso calling corporate as I do not appreciate the harassment

This is the worst place and employees I have ever dealt with. DONOT PAY IT OFF IF IT NEEDS REPAIR. No matter what they say they will not fix it. They will accuse you of being hostile because they can’t do their job. Customer service they do not have.

Customer service is fairly decent but payment system if awful ....had a payment come up and instead of giving a few days to get the payment to them they came and picked up the merchandice

A company as big as Aaron's should know customer service to a full. So much to my dismay when my account was addressed inadvertently as "junk" by a wonderful employ with the ignorance of a child by renaming our road "junktion". Which shows how the individual or individuals think.So a keyboard lesson to the child manning any and all customer addresses that obviously cant spell or read the paper that was signed by the customer. The 'c' is opposite side of the 'k'. Also if actually using both hands like you're supposed to. The "c" is manned by the left hand while the "k" is manned by the right. On another note, during this pandemic everyone is in a tight spot, I was behind one payment, also had my phone shut off and nine hundred miles away. I've always called to make a payment or a double payment when needed. The first was my next payday to get everything straightened back up, so imagine my surprised to receive a notice that this company showed up to repo the item with children sleeping on it. Thankfully an angel I am indebted to paid off the bill. I will never suggest this company to anyone, ever.
