terrible worker. has no respect for anybody and is more rude then anything. 50 years old and maybe he doesnt care no more. but why would they hire anybody like that? what ever happened to customer service?

Woowww..... this is the first time I stopped here... never i imagined that they have a fresh and hot 🔥 food at 3 am... restrooms 🚻 sooo very clean and store with people very friendly and courteous.... PLUS the parking lot for big trucks is nice... quiet and SAFE....sooooo yeah highly recommend 👌 👍 😀

We have nothing but praise for all of the new Allsups stores throughout Texas. We have Ben to the store at 1900 W Hwy 180 in Mineral numerous times and always impressed with employees,store etc. however this morn we stopped in our way to church and was appalled at the language of two young men working there.

Some of the rudest people they be talking to their selves and not even trying to greet the people that come in to get stuff, especially at 2 PM to 10. You can’t even get help. It’s pretty bad when you go in there and the stuff in the hot box is old and then you have to wait 5-10 minutes for somebody to come help you when there ain’t even nobody at the counter, you got one at the counter. The rest of them are either outside or you know over there eating or whatever they’re doing, but it was the worst experience I had in a long time.

The cashier right before lunch was very rude didn't respond when I greeted him and then walked off before the transaction was even completed. I thought y'all held your employees to a higher standard. I was wrong

I think her name was Tammy. short older lady with painted on eyebrows. first, she didn't great me when I walked in, no one did. I added money to my cash app and she had a bad attitude and she acted like she didn't want to be there, no smile, didn't say a word to me. when I gave her my phone to scan, it took her 5 minutes for her to scan it because she was too busy staring at me, giving me the stink eye. when I gave her my money, I had to physically reach across the counter to give her my money because she wouldn't reach for it and when she grabbed it, she acted like there was some type of germs on it. very very unpleasant experience. will not be back at this location again. Billy Jo needs to get control over her employees and maybe be on the floor like every other manager at every other allsups I've been in has been.

Clueless employees. And the girl manager, with a boy name like Billy or whatever was super rude. She had no right to talk to a customer the way she did since it was her employee that messed up. If you don't want to do customer service, DONT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Man where to begin for the most part the people that work there are very nice. However they never have anything in stock. I know it's petty things but when a convenient store becomes inconvenience because you wasted your time going inside and they are out of straws or cups or like today no cups for their fountain drink machine and the machine is down its not really worth going into when Tommy's is right next door and they don't have as many problems as this store. I don't know who takes care of the candy products either but it seems like they're usually out of quite a few things there too.

Went in and there was 5 people working, and only one person working the register. They had a line full of people trying to get their stuff, took forever to get us one CRISPY chicken sandwich, one thing of REGULAR chicken bites, we got our stuff and we left. After we got our gas we opened the bag with our food and it was all wrong. I’m sorry but 5 people working and 4 people just on their phones and the rest talking amongst each other. Never seen anything more unprofessional.

This started out as a great little station to get pure petrol, but it is slowly degrading in quality. While I am still thankful to have access to pure petrol, the pumps have a 50/50 chance of not being in service, and the chances of having your receipt print out at the pump without walking in to the store to retrieve it has the same low chances...
