“I received the best Customer Service I have gotten in a long time. I would like to say, My brakes went out on 06-28-2024 while leaving my home. I got the car back up to my home. I called Auto Zone explained my situation and a gentleman by the name of Clay was the one talking with me. I explained my situation, this man delivered the brake pads to me, so I would not have to chance trying to get there and get them. I wanted to tip, and NO, he would not do that. This was a very nice thing he did for me. I just want you all to know, he represents your company well. Thank you all very much. Thanks Clay you are appreciated very much.

“We just had our car repaired at Lee’s Collision Repair and we couldn’t be happier! We have used them twice before this time and their work is exceptional! The job was so well done that you can see no sign at all that it was wrecked. It looks brand new. And the paint job was on point as well. You can’t see where new paint begins and the old paint ends. “I bought a Honda CRV over two years ago with my grandma, it has never given me problems or any issues. Keep up with your oil changes, tires, maintenance and these cars stay up to good shape. I'm in college, someone who travels over 2k miles a month, from Huntsville to Dallas to MW. My grandma has also bought two other cars from here and service was great, quick and fast. Wish I could remember who sold me my car, but it was quick and fast. He also gave me a Back the Blue pin that has stayed in my car as I'm in school to become a cop. Love the support. “Talk about the example of a Texan. I bought the right wipers but unfortunately prior to my purchase the wipers had been swapped on accident for the wrong connections. A nameless man with a trimmer beard and tucked in O'Reilly polo came out to help and realized what happened. No need to present my receipt he just fixed it on the spot and took off with my old wipers.
Also Danny made sure I didn't need anything else prior to sale completion. Which i appreciate as a forget person. Top tier location.”

When I picked up my truck, it had been vacuumed and cleaned up and that is the biggest sigh of relief for a mom with kids trashing her car! “Staff has been SUPER helpful.Came in to have a flat tire fixed and they were unable to repair it. But they spent a lot of time and effort checking out the tire and making sure before they gave us the verdict. This is on Sunday Mother's Day when everybody else is closed.But all of the people were super helpful and super nice. It wasn't their fault the tire was not repairable and they did their best to help us in a tricky situation.”
