“Looking for cheap set of tires for my spare car... a 97 Camry. Checked Amazon, discount tire, a couple other local shops. Double H quoted $85 plus tax per tire, mounted/balanced.
They had to order this oddball outdated tire size. Next day went to get installation. The tires were less than they had thought from their supplier, so they passed savings to me. $75 per tire. Plus tax.
Discount best price $405 .
Double H was $360 WITH TAX and debit card 3% add on included.
50k mile tire.
Satisfied customer. No need to drive to wford for Discount Tire service.

“You need to correct your online appointment process. Don’t give me the option to select shuttle when you don’t offer a shuttle service. It was very inconvenient to make other transportation options when I was expecting a ride back to work. Lube tech broke the lid off of my washer fluid reservoir and nothing was said.”

“I bought a Honda CRV over two years ago with my grandma, it has never given me problems or any issues. Keep up with your oil changes, tires, maintenance and these cars stay up to good shape. I'm in college, someone who travels over 2k miles a month, from Huntsville to Dallas to MW. My grandma has also bought two other cars from here and service was great, quick and fast. Wish I could remember who sold me my car, but it was quick and fast. He also gave me a Back the Blue pin that has stayed in my car as I'm in school to become a cop. Love the support. “My truck was vandalized November 13, 2022. I sent my truck to another shop where it sat for six months. Finally I sent my truck over here to Randys to have it fixed come to find out they no longer made the part that was broken. Randy Service Center searched for months for that part when we finally decided to just claim it as a lost cause. They kept my truck safe and all the items that I had left they are the sweetest, and most honest people I have ever met in the town of mineral Wells, I highly recommend them to anybody they’ll give you options they help out as much as they possibly humanly can and they’re just so sweet and they understand that you may not be in the best mood but they make it better. I wish I could give them even though my truck was unable to be fixed which was no fault of theirs.”

“Staff has been SUPER helpful.Came in to have a flat tire fixed and they were unable to repair it. But they spent a lot of time and effort checking out the tire and making sure before they gave us the verdict. This is on Sunday Mother's Day when everybody else is closed.But all of the people were super helpful and super nice. It wasn't their fault the tire was not repairable and they did their best to help us in a tricky situation.”

“Had horrible experience with WalMart and their Road Hazard warranty. Called OnDeck they had my tire in stock when no one else did. Upon leaving I realized they had my tire that I still needed to get warrantied out through WalMart. A tire that WalMart told me could not be repaired. Went back to get it from OnDeck, owner/manager said, “Man I wish you would have showed me this before I sold you that tire. I could have patched this for 20 bucks.” I was floored. Told him what WalMart told me, he said “Naw this tire is still perfectly good.” Told him he had my business from now on. I was in hurry but would be back for the patch up.”
