Two weeks after purchasing the truck from auto world, we tried to have the service department look at the truck for a noise it was making. Service manager told me a tap coming from the engine was normal. After verifying with other local mechanic shops that the engine actually had major issues, I took the vehicle back.At this point we are 6 weeks into my vehicle being at auto world, during which I’ve been given the run-o-round multiple times. I call daily, because I’ve been told that they have started on the truck multiple times only to find out that parts weren’t even ordered, I’ve been lied to about parts availability, start and completion dates, ext… at this point I do not even know what’s exactly wrong with my truck, when they are going to have it fixed or anything for that matter. Now I’m getting emails to review service that haven’t even been completed.Worst experience with a service department ever!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
