It's sad but true my car is falling apart. After 146,000 miles of extremely hard driving. The people at AutoZone are extremely helpful and remember me from my previous visits. They are always eager to help. Refunds and exchanges are extremely easy and the staff is very understanding.

I had a battery issue and Jim helped me take a look at it. He checked it with the equipment, then cleaned the ports for me. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need. I will definitely be back if/when I need to purchase a new battery. Great experience.

Jim B is a SAINT! I needed help ASAP , he didn’t hesitate to help and advise me on what to do . Jim saved the day and my bank account. He ordered the part , and installed it when it came in to pick it up. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am! Thank you Jim!
