I received the best Customer Service I have gotten in a long time. I would like to say, My brakes went out on 06-28-2024 while leaving my home. I got the car back up to my home. I called Auto Zone explained my situation and a gentleman by the name of Clay was the one talking with me. I explained my situation, this man delivered the brake pads to me, so I would not have to chance trying to get there and get them. I wanted to tip, and NO, he would not do that. This was a very nice thing he did for me. I just want you all to know, he represents your company well. Thank you all very much. Thanks Clay you are appreciated very much.

I bought a oil filter with cash money and it was the wrong one so without even trying to put it on, still in the same package with the receipt literally 30 mins later and they couldn’t give me my cash back, they had to put it on a card for me to use… TRASH!!!!

It's sad but true my car is falling apart. After 146,000 miles of extremely hard driving. The people at AutoZone are extremely helpful and remember me from my previous visits. They are always eager to help. Refunds and exchanges are extremely easy and the staff is very understanding.

I had a battery issue and Jim helped me take a look at it. He checked it with the equipment, then cleaned the ports for me. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need. I will definitely be back if/when I need to purchase a new battery. Great experience.

Jim B is a SAINT! I needed help ASAP , he didn’t hesitate to help and advise me on what to do . Jim saved the day and my bank account. He ordered the part , and installed it when it came in to pick it up. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am! Thank you Jim!

Yesterday my truck wouldn't start. After a jump I went down to my favorite AutoZone in the world in Mineral Wells, TX and bought a new one. Turned out my old battery was under warranty and not only did Kat and Gage replace it, but Gage cheerfully installed the new battery for me. Kat and Gage are a first-class team and an enormous asset to AutoZone. They've more than earned my business.

My review has changed since 2 years ago. There are still some good people working in there, but my last few visits have not been with those employees. Staff member was not knowledgeable on a part and told me something completely untrue Then I showed him the auto zone app. Not as willing to provide assistance as they once were. Not the ones I’ve dealt w the last couple of visits.
