Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist customers. The store offers quality meats, fresh produce, and a full-service deli and bakery. Prices can be a little high, but the selection is pretty good. Some locations have a weird store layout, making it hard to find things, but employees are easy to find and ask for help. Overall, Brookshire's is a great store with nice and neat surroundings, and some locations are improving with renovations.
I called the bakery/deli in a panic! I forgot to have my daughter's graduation cake ordered AND she needed it for the photo shoot TODAY!!! The young lady calmed me down and assured me she could fix me a premade cake up. It was exactly what she wanted. Thank you, (I hope I get her name right) Mackenzie!
