Had to upgrade my family's phones, and they showed no concern for doing anything extra. They wouldn't even try to move the data off the phones or anything. They gave me a total over the phone, and I didn't like it, but it was for my family. I went to ask if they sold cases, etc. Apparently, they added it into the price of the phone. So when I asked for just the phone, I expected just the phone, not for you to add extra stuff to it.
