CVS, a popular pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. Despite not accepting a customer's insurance, the staff went the extra mile to find a discounted price for the needed meningitis B vaccine. Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff, who have gone above and beyond to solve problems, such as retrieving sentimental photos. The vaccination process at CVS has also been described as fast, affordable, and painless. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the call center, which makes it difficult to reach a local store representative for simple inquiries. Overall, CVS seems to provide a generally positive in-store experience, with a few areas for improvement in their customer service processes.
It's always clean but the prices are really high come on CVS Lower those prices

CVS does not take our insurance but they were the only pharmacy we could find with the meningitis b vaccine that we needed right away for out of state school so the amazing girl at the counter found a coupon for a discounted price!

Just popped in while staying briefly in town, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It was an unexpected but nice surprise when so many places just leave you to your own devices
