I will never never, never, never use this CVS for anything. The staff here are rude, hateful, and need to be fired., the manager even hollered at me on the phone and said "I was pissing him off" they are very unprofessional and just outright unhappy. a lady on the an the phone in the pharmacy, actually hung up on me yesterday., I reported them both to the corporate office and hope that they are dealt with. I will not darken their doors again for anything..... this pharmacy has had a bad reputation for a very long time, and i definitely understand why! go to Waddy's or Walgreens if you need anything!

The pharmacy was SUPER RUDE! They were so rude that I took my business to Walmart where they were much nicer! Hopefully they get an attitude adjustment because the lack of customer service here is crazy.

was given another persons Rx. I didn’t realize it until I got home when I called them they expected me to bring it back to them and they refused to deliver me the correct medication.

CVS does not take our insurance but they were the only pharmacy we could find with the meningitis b vaccine that we needed right away for out of state school so the amazing girl at the counter found a coupon for a discounted price!

It's always a great experience when I or my wife and I go to CVS. This particular time was awsome we had a issue over sentimental pictures and Jenny the Associate did not give up until we were able to get our magnet pictures. We even left the store and she called us in 15 min having solved the problem. Most people would forget about it after the customer left the store, you don't get service like that anymore.

I only give 1 star for 1 reason carol- a pharmacy tech there is the only one I have come across more than once she is rude EVERYTIME! there are HIPPA laws that she completely disregarded along wit telling me " she ain't the one " who does that? U ARE A TECH NOT the nice cpa up there do ur job if I have approval from my Dr and permission to pick up my meds at disclosed time it is NONE OF UR BUSINESS! this is nicest review I can give everyone else is great

Just popped in while staying briefly in town, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It was an unexpected but nice surprise when so many places just leave you to your own devices

Techs are rude, and they do not fill your scripts unless you are there waiting. Also, if they are out of a medication, the app will show your script as 8n process. It's not until you go to pick it up that they tell you it's out of stock and they don't know when they will get it. I hate this pharmacy.

I'm a twenty three year old physically fit woman who is on her feet all day, so waiting in line isn't that big of a deal to me. But, what is a big deal is the awful customer service.Inventory should be left for an hour before closing. NOT when you have eleven people waiting in line to pick up their perceptions. I have never in my lifetime waiting over two hours to receive my ONE perception.I would advise going to any other pharmacy then this one.

I have received both my Covid boosters at CVS. The online process made it simple to schedule. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entire visit was fast and I didn’t even feel the stick even though I was watching it happen. Also received flu shot last year. Will definitely schedule that again. Affordable and quick.

I waited on a prescription for 4 hours, and I head up to CVS to see one of their workers on the computer. The other two were rambling on about directions from chicken e to somewhere, and their personal addictions. Horrible customer service. Y’all need new employees that are educated, and take their job seriously
