The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Today I tried purchasing cartridges upon looking further they were leaking heavily out the bottom and top (one of them being almost completely empty). They are also clogged! This is the case with most of their cartridges so I had to exchange for a less leaky one, I tried to just get a refund because after spending 40$ on just one they weren’t what I wanted and I have no option for a refund. I was really disappointed with this, and won’t be coming back absolute waste of money.
