I know of a mentally challenged employee who was fired from Dollar General 8318 in Mineral Wells, TX just a day ago because he took a magazine without a UPC code (he wanted to scan and pay for it) but he thought it was a free magazine since it didn't have a UPC code. There were no questions asked of this employee and no understanding given for this disabled employee. He was a very reliable employee and the customers loved him. He had a heart bigger than anyone. It's a shame that Dollar General 8318 doesn't embrace diversity and nurturing in its stores. They would rather discriminate and not ask questions.
