If i could rate 0 I would. Overrun by rats, putting out poison in our units wasn't even enough with how many there are, lost thousands of dollars of stuff and the office lady acted like it was just another day, had no care in the world. There's holes everywhere in the ground of them going underneath so they had to know and they chose to do nothing, I'm talking 8 inch rats not including the tail. Office lady is nice at first then shes incredibly rude later. Been there for at least 3 years and they increase prices whenever they want and go back on their word about grandfathering prices. Changes hours whenever she wants.

They have awful customer service skill.andWould definitely not recommend to anybody..Their customer service is awful they are biased for any situation that they think they may or may not know you were not know you for previously.The storage hours are awful they never let you in on bad weather days cold-weather days any day that they don’t really wanna get up and open the gate for you pretty much

This place started out ok and then all of a sudden they take up my storage fee after being with them for 2 yr I find it selfish of them to take my unit up in amount. But I guess every one elsa is not paying them so since I've been there foe 2 yrs using them they needed to make some money some how. And no I will not refer them to any one that I know an thats just how I feel about this

Just went to the Auction last Tuesday. The site manager seemed as professional as you might be lucky to find anywhere. I gave aMy unit at the 281 South location.
